An Oldie but Goodie! I've worn out two VHS tapes over the years! Great workout, the best! I have at least 50 exercise DVDs and videos. This is the best of all! Can't find another to come close. Does anyone know if this will ever be released on DVD? I still put it in the old VHS player from time to time but would love to own it on DVD.It's the most awesome program, Cher and Keli Roberts make it fun. Keli is a super instructor. I've used this video for more than 15 years now (God, I feel so old!) and this destroys anything else out there! First of all, it's fun! You actually enjoy working out (no small feat, let me tell you). The instructor is in great shape, explains all of the steps, and doesn't do the annoying "Smile!
