Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Original Sin
Great CD, Great Price. If you are a Jim Steinman or Meatloaf fan, then this CD is for you.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - For Jimmy, There's No Such Thing as Too Much!
Jim Steinman is truly one of those people who can only be described as a mad genius. He has several insanity-tinged gifts as a composer. First of all, he thinks operatically - where every love story, every tragedy, every simple situation is bigger, larger, and completely over the top. He also has a bizarre gift for latching onto a well-used idiom and extending it into a fantasy world where Tosca and Verdi would find themselves hard-pressed to keep up. The composer who conceived of the teen-sex melodrama ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - So where's the Meatloaf track?
I tried to do careful research to find "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" that featured Meatloaf. Thought this was it! It wasn't. Not the seller's fault (it got to me real fast!), but I'm not keeping it! Yeah, I'm a fan of Jim Steinman, but I listened to the other tracks and wasn't thrilled. "Good for Bad" (I had on LP, no less!) was much better, I thought. Suggest you listen to track samples on-line before you buy. It's up to the individual to decide what's good!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great album... for Steinman fans only
Only recomended for Jim Steinman fans who want to listen to all the production of this great composer. All songs are pretty cool, but the better ones have been later covered by Meat Loaf. If you like to hear rare versions of Steinman's songs (not only earlier verions, but also with totally different voices from what you may be used in his work) or you want to listen to all of his production, you should get this.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - An amazing album
Thsi is an amazing CD - Jim Steinman at his best! Hear the original versions of many of the songs that others made famous...
