I have cooked in this thing hundreds of times and while things will stick a bit during cooking, I have never had any problems washing them right out. As my children growing bigger and eat more, I have to buy the bigger one. Rating:  - bad handle designFirst of all, I LOVE, LOVE this pan. Food does not stick and it has a good seal. The only thing I do NOT like about it is the handle. It's edges are not rounded enough and it is too slim to get a good hold on. The handle should be a little shorter and fatter.
