 Rating: - Great product but horrible service problemsI do not recommend dealing with the company which sells this product. The item was supposed to be sent and they never contacted me to tell me it was on backorder. Amazon contacted me to remind me my order had not been processed and I had to contact the company. It took days for a response in which they gave me a new ship date. Then the ship date got close and they told me the product would not be coming in so I should cancel the order (this is 2 months after the initial order was placed). I ...
