 Rating:  - short term sharpnessI purchase both the 6" and the 8" knifes of the same series. They are great value for the price and definitly make cooking work faster and easier than before. One shortcoming, the knife need to be sharpen every 3-weeks in order to maintain the same cutting smoothness as it came from the factory. but again, great knife for the price.
