The handle doesn't seem to be the fibrox like the 8" chef's knife, it has a little less "grip" to it, but it shouldn't be a problem even if your hands are a little wet. These Victorinox knives arrive sharp, and they stay sharp. The handles are nice, too, very slip-resistant. Good buy!
