 Rating:  - Aqua EyesI saw QVC promote this eyeliner and they got me intrigued. Hence I got it in Pearly Brown and loved it so much I also got this in Black Purple. The Aqua Eyes liner goes on very smooth and easy and stays put remarkably well. It has become my favorite eyeliner for now. Rating:  - Nice eyelinerI bought this liner in Pearly Brown and so far have been happy with it. The color is beautiful and the liner goes on so smooth. It definitely does not budge once you have it on. Overall a good liner.
