When I called their support I was sent useless procedures to follow and none of them resolved the problem. The only thing that worked was to remove it and install a different Anti-Vi from another company. I am running Bit-Defender and Kapersky on 2 separate PCs. A small problem with Bit-Defender was resolved quickly by their tremendous Customer Support. No problems with Kapersky so far ...
