 Rating:  - picky husband loves this shakerI bought this as a gift for my husband who loves to make martinis and other mixed drinks -he is not really a "gadget" guy but finds this to be easy to use and the fact that it is insulated means that the contents stay nice and cold without "sweating". Rating:  - GarbageDo not buy this!! It is plastic and when placed in the upper part of the dishwasher on delicate/top rack, the bottom warped. So you can no longer set it flat and the body is oval in shape. This is such a total waste and the price is ridiculous.... I used a Boston shaker for years (because that's what I owned), with a cocktail strainer, but it was messy. This really was leak & spill proof (for my 94 proof). I was wondering why no one has thought of this before. Good job Metrokane! Rating: - Loved This ShakerThis is the first truly leak proof cocktail shaker I have found. Not only is it well sealed, but it is virtually one hand operation. Just shake up your mixture, and with the same hand you are holding it with, push down and the top flips up for easy pouring. The built in strainer is a great added feature and makes it easy to use with no added tools needed! Rating: - Have a towel ready after shaking up your martini...We should have heeded warnings from other reviewers.
