 Rating:  - a little bit too dressyI bought this slip-on as birthday gift for my friend who is a young college teacher. It is comfortable for daily wear even if he needs to stand a long time to teach every day. However, the toes are narrower than the picture looking, which makes these shoes are really dressy. My friend said he has to wear dress shirt and tie to match shoes. I don't think jeans can go well with these shoes. If you are looking for casual shoes for weekend or night out, this is a bad choice, definitely. Rating:  - Great QualityFirst off, these shoes are very well made - so don't worry about that. Second, get a half size smaller than you would normally get in a dress shoe. Because of the nature of this shoe (slip-on), it will not be as snug on you as a normal lace-up dress shoe, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with some thicker socks. These are very comfortable for long periods of walking. The sole of the shoe will get worn with excess use on hard, scratchy surfaces. I would definitely recommend this shoe. Rating: - Nice shoe but sized smallI have a couple other pairs of Bostonian shoes and they have all been great for me. Well constructed and sharp looking. I sized mine off of another pair of Bostonian loafers that I have and thought I would be fine. However, these shoes seem to be about a half size small or so.
