It was not at all worth the amount of money that I spent on it, and I honestly regret the purchase. I'm sure that it may work wonders for some people but it did not do a thing for me. Probably you need 2 to 3 oz a day instead of the minimum 1 oz recommended. with 1 OZ it does nearly nothing. Here is where the problem starts with this product: it is over diluted.
