I am not a health food nut, but I try to eat 'healthily' most of the time. The taste was incredibly good, and as a snack, the Larabar filled me up until mealtime, which is a crucial feature of any snack for me. I like them because they have a sweetness and if you eat them slowly, they are very filling. They help me resist sweets that I might otherwise eat. I just wish they had more protein in them.
