 Rating:  - Great SmoothiesThe Lightfull Satiety Smoothies live up to their name. They do keep you full and satisfied, especially if you have one for breakfast along with a Vita Muffin top. They are a great way to get fiber into your diet. I especially like the chocolate and the Cafe Latte flavors. If you want to be really decadent, add a scoop of low fat ice cream and you have a great afternoon or evening snack.
