Does not oscillate, but can be pivoted backward on its base, although this feature seemed to wear out too quickly (within 3-4 months) on the fan. Rating:  - smaller than the ones sold in the stores. I bought two of these thinking I was getting a steal... It is a smaller version of the one that I was thinking of. it serves its purpose, but is not what I really wanted or expected. I really purchased it for white noise... to fall asleep. I know it sounds weird but it helps me block out distractions while I sleep. Since it is so small the noise was minimal compared to the bigger size I am used to. |
