Rating:  - Made For A Horse But My Dog Loves It Too!I was planning on buying the 8" model for my 3 year old Shepherd/Lab mix. Then I saw the 10" version for only a dollar more and decided to go for it. (Couldn't pass up a bargain!) I ordered it one day and it arrived the next! I don't know how that was possible but it happened. When I opened the carton and saw the size of this thing I thought I had made a big mistake in getting the 10" size. I couldn't imagine how the dog could get his mouth around this huge ball. Well, it's been a week now since it arrived and I am happy to report that T.J. (Toby Junior) loves playing with it and has figured out the bounces and way to grab it and would probably want to sleep with it if I let him bring it into the house. His favorite way to catch it is to grab the ball on a full "gallup" after only one bounce. If this was an event in the dog olympics I bet that T.J. would win the gold! The ball is extremely well made, will not deflate, as is advertised, and we are both getting a good workout throwing and retrieving it. I can't recommend this ball more highly if you have a large mouthed dog and a large backyard. I'm sure it's fine for horses too!! page 2 of 2
