Amazon did such bad packing, there was no way it could have survived the trip. And since the delivery box was destroyed, it would cost me more to pay the local pack and ship to return the damaged extension and wait for replacement. Instead, I went to the local PetSmart and bought this product off the shelf from them. Should have done that in the first place and saved myself the hassle.
