Rating:  - OK but AWFUL smell!This product is sturdy and provides an overall good service. One drawback is that it is somewhat a hassle to remove the dividers in order to have the walls collapse when you need to place larger objects in the trunk, such as a bicycle, luggage, etc. The most important downfall of this product, however, is that it smells VERY bad!!! I had it outside for more than 1 week and sprayed it several times with deodorizers before placing it in the trunk. On hot days, I can still smell it when I get in the car... yuck! Rating:  - Great OrganizerI had been looking for something to clean up the clutter in the cargo area of my Ford Edge. After reading all the positive reviews on the organizer, I decided that it was just what I've been looking for. I have not been dissappointed. It fits nicely against the back seat and holds all the small items that tend to accumulate back there. It even holds a small cooler, along with a few of those plastic grocery bags that always let the bottles and cans escape. As for the strong vinyl spell, it's really no big deal. I let it air out for a few days and the smell was negligeable. All in all a great product. It even folds flat if your not using it. Rating: - terrificjust received my organizer today...i'm airing it out now...yes, it does have a bit of an odor, which i am sure will disappear...it feels very sturdy, yet folds down in seconds....i highly recommend it...it's the perfect size for the back of my suv. Rating: - Finally someone did it right.I have an 07 Durango. Its pretty cramped behind the third row of seats and finding something that would fit back there and optimize the space available was, to say the least, difficult. I spend hours on the internet trying to find something that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Then I found the Rola Organizer. This product is well made and well thought out. It maximizes the available space beautifully. Plus the ability to divide it into as many as four sections adds even more to its versatility, not to mention stopping things from "rolling around" back there every time you stop or make a turn. I just centered one of the four dividers and made it two bins. It fits behind that third seat like it was made for my car. And with the rigid base and strong handles, its easily removed even when full. If you need more room and have to drop the last row of seats, just take it out, or pick it up and move it out of the way. Its made storage simple, and keeping my vehicle neat a breeze. Well worth the money. Rating:  - Good concept but too flimsyI purchased this item to store relatively lightweight to medium-weight articles that usually roll around in my trunk (including a blanket, workout clothes, a few water bottles, and some car supplies like antifreeze). I had done some research, and liked the fact that this item was light, had adjustable compartments, and could fold flat. Unfortunately, this item did not meet up to my expectations. The actual base structure of the organizer (the four main walls) are quite flimsy that in the first week, the walls started to warp. Keep in mind that I had already placed the three dividers in, and did not have heavy items leaning against the walls to cause it to warp. They have the rigidity of somewhat flexible cardboard. The walls are also not that high (I'd prefer that they were higher). The dividers are also too flimsy, so I had difficulty getting a few (filled) water bottles to stand upright. The way the dividers are designed, they are basically rectangles with velcro tabs running along each corner; the bottom two adhere to the bottom of the organizer; the top two adhere to the edge of the top of the organizer. If you can visualize this, it means that only the corners are "stuck" and the rest of the edges aren't, which doesn't provide a good structure and contributes to the flimsiness. Something else to consider is that it is quite wide, so if you have, for instance, a laptop bag that you don't want to place inside the organizer (since it would take up about half the space), you may need to place your laptop bag in front of or behind your organizer (depending on the placement of the organizer). |
