But I found it at Sam's Club for 10 dollars cheaper a couple of weeks later. I should have been more patient. Rating:  - Love it!Its amazing how something so simple can be so effective. The Perfect Pushup really doesn't change the way you do pushups, it more makes you do them more effectively. You can't cheat as easily with this, and it forces you to use the right muscles. I started adding pushups using the Perfect Pushup to the end of my workout and I definitely felt my muscles working hard to balance myself. I don't think its the "answer" to a bigger chest or stronger arms, but its definitely an added plus to anyone's normal workout regiment.
