Rating:  - Ok, but won't order again.I have tried so many gluten- free baked products, always hoping to find items which approximate non- GF in texture and flavor. These are tolerable but not great. Nevertheless, I am grateful that this company attempts to meet the needs of the GF market. So far the best I have found are products from a company called Pamela's. Their cookies are fabulous. Other mixes must be baked at home but are worth the effort. Rating:  - Gluten Free GoodiesThe Silly Yak Bakery is great! Such fresh tasting goodies that most celiacs never get. It is a great alternative to having to buy bulk ingredients and slaving in the kitchen making huge batches of something that we want just enough for one or two sittings. Also it gives the variety that you can't get making it yourself unless you make 10 different recipes. We will definitely order again.
