Rating: - Love it!I had my doubts about ordering this video, but thought I could add it as a supplement to my regular workouts. I do a bit of cardio first, maybe 1/2 hour on the bike, a walk or a X-country ski and then do this and it just kicks my butt. I almost didn't start at level 1, but am glad I did. Now I am alternating between the two and haven't even made it to level 3 yet and still feel like I'm getting a great workout. If you want to work out with weights, but have limited time, this is a super workout! Rating: - Excellent work out! Definitely a good choice to buy!I have had this 30 Day Shred dvd since the summer. I still use it everyday. There are times when I switch to the other biggest loser dvds, but it just doesn't compare. There are 3 workouts, easy, moderate, then intense.I switch the workouts everytime I use it. They all make you sweat. On the easy mode, I use weights for the cardio to make it a little harder. The 3 segments in each workout makes time go by faster, and it doesn't seem like the workouts are dragging on like the biggest loser #1 workout. I have other biggest loser dvds but this is definitely the best. It is short and to the point. I have lost 15lbs (I wasn't heavy but wanted to be toned). This dvd works out on all the body parts and it is very professional. I highly recommend this dvd. I don't think it can get any better than this. Rating: - I'm about to be transformed~I just finished level one and I don't sweat that much doing an hour of cardio. I am a big fan of the Biggest Loser. It's a great motivator. I am a member of a fitness club and do 1 and 1/2 hours average of cardio every time I hit the gym. I know it's not intense. I do it because I know I should and my diet isn't the best. I love sweets. So, I know I have to exercise just to make sure I don't gain weight. I am 5'10" and my body type resembles the female on the left on Jillian's DVD. If I take about 20lbs off of my frame, I will look just like her. So, that motivated me even more. You will not be sorry if you get this DVD. You just have to stick with it. See you in 30 days~ Rating: - Stick with this.This DVD works for me -- eighteen days in and I can see and feel results. Only one thing I would change is adding the ability to go straight to the workouts without having to see and hear the whole preamble every time. |
