Rating: - Jillian really knows her stuff!!i have been doing 30 day shred for about 2 weeks now and wow it is not easy. you must be dedicated to losing weight because this workout is not your average aerobic workout. i am still on level one after 2 weeks and will most likely be on it for a few more. i am about 60lbs overweight mind you, so it may be easier for someone who is not so big. but i have been doing other aerobic workouts and lifting weights before i got this dvd. after 2 weeks i have lost some weight and my thighs, buttocks, and abdomen are all shrinking and toning up. results this fast and in only 20 minutes a day is real hard to find. i recommend this dvd to anyone who is serious about getting into shape. Rating: - challenging workoutWhen I got this DVD I thought the first level was going to be a piece of cake, but to my surprise I did even had to take breaks in between and I was sweeting a lot and had to drink lots of water as well; even though I considered my self as an advance intermediate exerciser. This DVD is though, but the exercises are really good and if you keep up you will see results as I did specially in my shoulders they look great!!!!! I generally road bike in the summer about 15-20 miles a day on really hilly terrain. In the winter I am unable to do that because of wintry conditions and this workout helps keep me in really great shape. Definitely a challenging and intense workout. Rating: - Great workout!I've still only done level one, but it was everything I want in a workout video. There were no complex moves, but it is still challenging. As a mother of 2 I never get around to doing longer videos. My 3 year old did this with me and it kept his interest because it's only 20 minutes long. I didn't find the cardio very challenging at all, but who care, for a 20 minute workout it's great. |
