I really like this video. I use it to get a good, quick workout when I can't get to the gym or I don't feel like leaving home. It's constant movement for 20 minutes, then you're finished. It's great, and I would definitely suggest it for anyone who is intimidated by going to the gym. The movements are easy, and you will immediately break a sweat.

I recently had my second child and wanted to get back in to shape quick. Though, I've only made it through Level 1, I feel much more energized and I look very toned! I have many exercise DVD's, but this one has given me the best results and in the shortest amount of time. It's like having a Personal Trainer in your own house! I highly recommend this to everyone.

I've caught Jillian Michaels on The Biggest Loser and I was curious to learn how one of her workouts would go. I mean, look at what she's done with all those biggest losers. So, I bought the tape and love it. She's great at keeping me motivated and on task. She's also very honest, reminding me how I have to work hard to get results. The workout moves are very basic with jumping jacks, lunges, punches, ab work but definitely the most effective workout I've had in a long time because it's been two days and I'm still soar. Also, the fact that the workout is only 20 minutes makes it easier for me to make the time for it. I would recommend this video to beginners and advanced alike. It's got three levels depending on your stamina/ability--they are all great.

I started this about a week ago. After the first time I did it my legs hurt so bad I could barely walk for two days. I did it again though and I feel great. I totally feel like this is a great workout. I have the same complaint as everyone else-that you can't fast forward through the intro. I use the time to get my mat and weights. Oh and turn the heat down because you're definitely going to work up a sweat!

I usually go to the gym for about 45-60 minutes of cardio daily, and 30 minutes of weight lifting on alternating days. I went to visit my mom for Thanksgiving and replaced my usual workouts with this and was actually sore. This is a great short workout (about 25 mintues), although the stretch at the end is much too short.
